Do I need a visa for Peru?
If you are looking to travel to Peru from the UK then the simple answer is no. Peru is a country that welcomes and embraces tourism which means one less thing to worry about whilst you are pre-holiday prepping. If you want to travel for any reason that isn’t tourist based then you may need one. Find out more here – https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/peru/entry-requirements
Is Peru cold?
Yes and no… we understand that may not be the answer you are looking for but it really depends on when you decide to visit and which region. The north coast boasts more tropical weather and can hit as high as 30°C in the summer. Whereas up in the mountainous regions it can drop to below 0°C! This depends on where you will be going and what you will be doing but great things to have regardless would be a good set of walking boots, sturdy backpack, water bottle, fleece, raincoat, insect repellant and summer clothes for the warmer areas!
