Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, working across a number of sectors including aviation, tourism and rail.
He is an accomplished travel professional with a strong airline commercial background and extensive Asian and regional experience.
He has a high level of commercial acumen and market expertise gained through experience – from launching a new product in the UK market to route development through to design and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
After a career in senior roles within the travel industry including representation, Andrew remains passionate about travel – especially aviation. As the founder and hands-on director, Andrew continues to use his experience to promote quality products to the UK and Irish markets.

Sarah brings over 30 years’ experience within the travel industry working in increasingly more challenging roles and enhancing her knowledge and experience across a spectrum of customer-oriented roles. She has expert GDS knowledge including ticketing and ticket reconciliation, having mastered many of the varied systems airlines use.
She has an understanding and knowledge of pricing and fares for a range of airlines arrayed across the globe, giving her opportunity to develop strength in understanding of fare filing in CAT35 along with other fare categories.
Her experience with BSP includes E Smash, BSP Link and refund processes as well as extracting and interpreting statistics from flown revenue.
Her favourite destination (so far) is Seychelles. In her spare time she is fascinated by campanology (if that doesn’t ring any bells, look it up).
With over 40 years in the aviation industry, starting with British Caledonian Airways through Continental Airlines onto GSA representation, Bill knows the aviation business and has grown and changed with it.
He offers broad commercial experience in many markets covering the USA, South America, Europe, Africa and the Far East. His pricing background plus deep knowledge of the UK market segmentation and distribution channels has helped airlines achieve significant incremental gains in the UK.
He has held senior positions within sales and marketing and used this experience to help new entrants break into the UK market, including Iceland Express, Transaero, Maxjet, Oasis Hong Kong Airlines and Arik Air.
Having been fortunate enough to travel so widely, it is difficult to pick a favourite destination, but the breath-taking scenery of the Rocky Mountains is difficult to beat. Closer to home, he still retains a soft spot for Spain as a quick getaway!

Serena has been involved in the travel and leisure industry since leaving college, gaining valuable experience from a number of companies including British Caledonian, Airmiles Travel Promotions, Tesco Freetime and Aviareps PLC.
She has strong credentials in working with many GDS systems including Sabre, BABS, MARS and SHARES alongside a wealth of experience within call centres, including reservations, customer relations, group bookings and ticketing in supervisory roles.
Her favourite short haul destination is Antibes on the Cote d Azure, full of charm and history, with its cobbled streets and daily market, lovely beaches and great food. It’s a perfect place for a short trip to relax by the sea with a chilled glass of wine.
Her favourite long haul destination is Thailand, of course! With its tropical islands and beautiful beaches, friendly people, the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and the delicious Thai food, it’s a thrill for all the senses! And of course, the designer handbags are an added bonus! So much to do and see.
Serena’s favourite leisure pastime is playing tennis.
